ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR NURSERY (2025 – 2026)

Registration forms for class Nursery will be available on online website: www.acsetah.edu.in on 18th January 2025. There after kindly submit the filled form in the school  (Junior Wing) on 22rd and 23th January 2025. Timing 9.00 am to 11.00 am. Age limit will be 3 to 4 years as on 1st April 2025.

NB: Forms must be submitted with

• Registration fee Rs. 200/- only. ( Please bring changes Rs. 200/-).
• Birth certificate from Nagar Palika with full name (first and last).
• Birth Certificate from Nursing Home/ Hospital.
• Caste Certificate (Only for SC/ST/OBC).
• The Adhaar Card of the child.

NOTE : Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
